RETURN POLICY

Shoes – Are your new shoes just not fitting right? Our staff works very hard to give you the proper fit, based on the podiatry guidelines, because we want you to be able to be as active as you want to be. That said, every so often, once you try the shoes, you might need a slight adjustment and we will be here for you. If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unworn with its original packaging for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If the item being returned shows signs of wear, we will gladly offer an exchange or issue store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Apparel and Accessories – Any new, unused apparel or accessory in its original package with tags can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. After 30 days this is at the discretion of the staff.

Electronics (Wearables, message guns, and any other plugged-in device) – May not be returned once opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect. All electronic brands offer a one year warranty.

Sorry no returns on underwear or nutritional products.

Please note that plated shoes, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.
