2019 TWILIGHT RUN 5K

ABOUT THE RACE
Certified course: the race starts at the HS and goes down Mill to Darby; to Eagle Rd.; to West Chester Pike and back to the HS.
Be sure to Party on the Town! Numerous pubs and shops will be providing free food and beverages as you visit them after the race. Look for details in your race bag.
Entertainment and refreshments afterward. Shirts to the first 500 Registered.
1 mile Elementary School Challenge course also uses Darby Rd.

The Narberth Take A Breather 5 Miler is a 5 Mile Run & 1.5 Mile Family Fun Walk that winds through the quaint streets of Narberth. This USATF Certified course is one of the areas more challenging 5 mile runs. Run uses “chip timing”. Packet pick-up is at Pre-Registration on Friday, April 26th, between 5-7 pm in the Girl Scout Room (next to Narberth Library) or on Race Day from 7:30 – 8:45 am.

The Timothy School 5K Family Fun Run

DESCRIPTION
The Timothy School is hosting its fourth annual 5K Family Fun Run! The Timothy School is a non-profit organization dedicated to the needs of children with autism. Over the past 50 years, the school has grown to meet these needs by developing a research-based instructional model, a middle school program, a daily living center and a secondary school. A family friendly event for individuals of all ages and abilities. Participants can join by running or walking the full distance, or by participating in the one mile fun run/walk! Proceeds from this event will benefit the Timothy School Development Fund. The Timothy School Development Fund helps provide activities and initiatives not entirely covered by state funding.

***If you sign up and want to guarantee yourself a t-shirt, please sign up by April 12th, 2019.

Participants: Children 7 and under are free. There will be children's t-shirts available for sale the day of the race for $10, first come first serve.

DESCRIPTION
Runners, trek this challenging 5-mile USATF certified course through scenic Valley Forge National Historical Park (1400 North Outer Line Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406). Walkers stride 3 miles to and from the National Memorial Arch. Children, ages 6-14, race 1.776 kilometers during the Young Patriots Fun Run. All race proceeds benefit Valley Forge National Historical Park.

5-mile run starts at 8:30am SHARP, 3-mile walk starts at 8:35am, and 1.776 kilometer Young Patriots Fun Run starts at 8:50am.

There are high arches, flat arches, and all heights in between. Some feet are rigid and some are flexible. There are different categories of shoes - different foot types are more comfortable and perform better in the right category. We will help you determine your foot type and which category best suits your needs.
